• Free Shipping on Orders Over $60
Orders of $60 or more (after applicable discounts and taxes) will ship for FREE within the contiguous USA.
• Same Day Shipping
Orders placed before 4:00 CST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.
• Shipping Method and Timeframe
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) by default and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note, this is an estimate and not guaranteed.
• Extended Shipping Times
Please allow for extended shipping times during holidays and promotional sales due to high order volumes.
• Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your address and the weight of your package.
• Responsibility for Delays
Weatherbeard Supply Co is NOT responsible for shipping delays once the package is handed over to USPS. Shipping costs will not be refunded on our end.
• Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email or text once your order has been packaged and scanned at the post office.
• Separate Shipments for Apparel and Branded Merchandise
Apparel and branded merchandise orders are shipped separately from product orders. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation via our third-party merchandise provider. Please note, some items may be shipped from different locations, so you may receive multiple shipments.
• Address Errors and Re-shipping Fees
If a package is marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package once it is returned to our facility.
• Retrieving Packages Sent to the Wrong Address
If a package is shipped to the wrong address, you are responsible for retrieving the package. Since we have fulfilled our obligation to ship to the address provided, we will not send out a replacement. If the package cannot be retrieved, you will need to place a new order with the correct address.
• Import Duties, Taxes, and Charges
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office for more details before ordering.
• Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of your international order, Weatherbeard Supply Co will not issue a refund, as we have fulfilled our obligation to ship the product to you.
• Shipping Delays
Weatherbeard Supply Co is NOT responsible for any delays in international shipments. If your order is delayed, it is likely due to customs processing. We have no ability to track or locate packages during customs processing and do not offer refunds for delays.
• First-Class International Tracking
For First-Class International shipments, once the package crosses the border and leaves the United States, it cannot be tracked. We are unable to provide further tracking details once it has left the U.S. and is processed in another country.

• Estimated Delivery Time
According to USPS, international packages typically take 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination. However, this timeframe is not guaranteed, and international shipments may take longer due to factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Weatherbeard Supply Co is NOT liable for delays beyond our control and does not issue refunds for packages that do not arrive within the estimated time frame.
