If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our beard and body care products, just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly offer a refund or send a replacement—whichever works best for you. Products must be purchased directly from our website (not third-party resellers or local shops). We may ask for a quick photo to better understand the issue, but after that, we’ll handle the rest.
For Our International Customers:
If you’re not loving your product, we’re happy to send you a replacement. However, due to high international shipping costs, we kindly ask that you cover the reshipping fee. We’ll work with you to find the most affordable option.

Apparel + Merch Orders:
We do not accept returns on apparel due to sizing issues. We use a third-party print-on-demand service and do not handle apparel orders or other merchandise, like coffee mugs and coasters, directly.
