Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. In the event you do not see one, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you can't find it, simply reach out to us and we will send it over again!

Apparel/Mug Orders: Apparel items and coffee mugs/coasters are shipped separately from product orders. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation from our third-party partner once your order ships. These items may take 1-2 weeks to arrive, depending on your location. All items are made to order to reduce overproduction.

Yes, we currently ship internationally to Canada and the United Kingdom.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are notincluded in the item price or shipping cost. First-class international packages cannot be tracked once they leave the U.S. While we will provide a tracking number, we are unable to guarantee updates once the package is handed over to your country’s postal service. Delivery times may vary and can take 7–21 business days or longer, depending on your location and customs processing times.

We are not responsible for packages arriving late and will not issue refunds if the package takes longer than 21 days.

For faster and more reliable delivery, we recommend choosing a priority shipping option at checkout, as this includes improved tracking.

Don't worry—this is a common occurrence with USPS. In fact, they even have articles about it on their website. USPS delivery vehicles use GPS, which can sometimes cause a package to be prematurely marked as "delivered." We recommend waiting one more business day, as the package is likely still on its way and should arrive soon—typically within 5 days.

If your package hasn't arrived after 5 days, please reach out to us, and we'll assist you further.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with images of the package and its contents, along with a description of the issue for our evaluation. Images must be sent in order for a claim to be filed. Claims without photos will not be accepted.

If your order appears to be lost or missing, please reach out to us, and we’ll investigate it right away. Sometimes packages get delayed at USPS processing centers and may not show movement for several days but still arrive later. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office, as packages are occasionally marked as delivered prematurely or delivered to nearby addresses by mistake.

If your package doesn’t arrive within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, we’ll work with you to find a solution. If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will do our best to update your shipping information, but we cannot guarantee changes, as we aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

If your order has already shipped, we recommend contacting your local post office, or the post office in the area to which the order is being shipped. Notify them of the issue and request that they hold your package.

If your order is marked as "return to sender" due to an incorrect address or because it is undeliverable, you, the customer, will be responsible for the reshipping fee. We do not reship packages until they have been returned to our facility.

We get it, mistakes happen! If you realize after your order has shipped that you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong product, just reach out to us. We ask that you return the unopened package to us (please note, you’ll be responsible for return shipping). Once we receive the item back, we'll send you the correct product at no additional cost to you, as a one-time courtesy.
