I'm picky about my coffee. This delivered all the way. Extremely smooth, goes down easy with little acidity. Best part is the flavor--for once it complements the roast instead of overpowering it. You can taste the fudge, the toffee, and even the plum but all three combine nicely and really enhance the brew rather than over-taking it. This is a roast worth checking out!
