There was a hand written note inside my order addressed to me thanking me for my business. They even included a bonus sample of beard oil. The samples are bigger than what you get with most other companies and the presentation shows how much they care about their customers and their product. NOW let’s get to the beard oil. Great oils with quality ingredients! They have unique scents that last all day. I picked up the sample pack and a couple full size scents. I am kicking myself for not trying Weatherbeard sooner! The scents are all amazing, long lasting and smell absolutely fantastic! The in beard feel is wonderful too. If you haven’t tried WeatherBeard I highly recommend A++++ all around on the beard oils. First and foremost, your logo on the tin is frickin awesome! Secondly, your customer service has been responsive every time I've contacted you guys which is truly appreciated. I would recommend a phone number for a true customer service experience.
The fragrances are flat out awesome. Out of the 8 samples; Lakeside Lodge, Rustic Ridge, Sierra Sunset and Timber Trail are over the top absolutely phenomenal scents which just made me a new customer! I'm also sold on Midnight Cruise and am ordering the final three fragrances which sound really intriguing as well on Black Friday.
